80th Edition of the Concours de Genève: jubilee & first-ever joint Final for Composition and Conducting

From 6 to 13 November 2026, the final rounds of this year’s composition and conducting competitions will take place in Geneva. In this jubilee year, the Concours de Genève is introducing a premiere: for the first time, the two disciplines will be combined in the final. The composition final on 11 November at Victoria Hall will also serve as the first round of the conducting competition. Six conductors and three composers are currently still in the competition.
