The countdown is on: ‘Le Piano Symphonique’ 2026 – The Swiss Piano Festival
The fifth edition of ‘one of the most unusual and exciting festivals ever’ (Fono Forum) will take place from 12 to 18 January 2026. ‘Le Piano Symphonique’ owes its international reputation not only to its exclusive ‘pianiste associée’ Martha Argerich, but also to the presence of piano greats including Hélène Grimaud, David Fray, Beatrice Rana, Jean Rondeau and Alexandre Kantorow, as well as promising young talents. The programmes are particularly unique, combining different facets, enabling new formats including immersive concerts, and offering the world premiere of a film by William Kentridge.
A festival that explores the orchestral dimensions of piano music – a must for all piano enthusiasts!
