Premiere of ‘Lash’ with Sarah Maria Sun at the Deutsche Oper Berlin

Sarah Maria Sun took to the stage for the premiere of Lash – Acts of Love, the first opera by renowned composer Rebecca Saunders. Based on texts by Ed Atkins and staged by the acclaimed Irish theatre collective Dead Centre, the opera unfolds a fascinating tension between concrete experience and dreamlike abstractions.
